It was closed without resolution, telling me to submit an in-game ticket. This was done in August.
I’ve gotten no feedback since then. I’m still unable to see guild chat, party chat or whispers.

I haven’t been able to see any message in guild/party/whisper chat for about 3 weeks now.
Web support just told me to submit an in-game ticket, no news since.

It is currently a bit annoying to check the progress of a guild mission, as you have to open the guild screen, then go to upgrades, then to missions (and it also blocks a big chunk of your screen while doing so).

It would be nice to have the option to display those on the same tracker that is used for personal story, hearts and achivements : show the mission type, time left, targets/locations remaining.

Also, probably a bit trickier and specific to Treks : have the ability to either ‘pin’ the image of the selected location somewhere on the screen, or at last show it on mouseover on the tracker.
