my number is 120902-017365 but i read one post that said make a whole new ticket to figure out what is actually a hacked account so i did that to i didnt mean to duplicate anything i just thought i had to make a new one for these forums that ticket is 120905-004615
well i dont think im banned i hope not but i think all that was changed was my password idk about my email cause iv been waiting to hear word on what happening. i created a new email like u said and i already know the password i will be using idk i know ur busy i just would like to try to reset my password and see if they changed the email on my account or not it sucks waiting not knowing whats being done

i have a question when they get my account back and they decide to do a wipe it clean or if they can do it without destroying my characters but off chance when they actually decide to help me and they go oo well got to wipe ur characters what is going to happen to my guild that i started? will it be there just someone else the guild leader? cause i already know who can take over till i can get my account back but i dont want it to be like my account gets wiped and all the hard work everyone in my guild did to get the nice updates disappears with it. idk wondering if anyone can tell me or the admin whoever cause that me wondering about these things. cause i will start over if that means i get my account back but i dont want it to wipe my guild out to cause it deleted my main character

i have done what u wanted got a brand spanking new email waiting for it and everything just need some admin to help me here

and now we wait before they even do anything to help us

he has been trying to get someone to contact him and to figure this out he still has all the info u would need to prove its his he just wants help on getting his account back if he could get help be much appreciated

(also he said that he was in the middle of playing and he kept getting diconnected back into the character screen so he thought he had to restart the whole guild wars 2 program to fix the problem and when he did it instantly said password is incorrect and ever since could not log back in so we think he was hacked)
