Thanks, ANet! Apart from one or two minor issues (like this one) in this game, it’s really fun. One of the best MMOs I’ve ever played.

just rolled a Leaf-lover and issue is still there! COME ON ANET, almost 2 weeks no fix? I don’t want to “re-roll” or if I do are you going to compensate me for the levelling scrolls I used? I doubt it.
I would expect something like this from Blizzard, not you guys. So not cool.

I really don’t mind leveling up again, if I had to. My problem is that I had already started crafting on my Sylvari. If I have to reroll, I’m out all the materials I used to get the ‘Chef’ skill to 120-ish. :\

This same glitch is happening to me right now too. I’ve made another Sylvari character before, but wanted to try the ‘Shield of the Moon’ story. When I made my newest character, a Revenant, it seemed as good a time as any to see the story. Then I got stuck here…

I tried a few things to get it to work, but have had no luck yet. My first attempt didn’t work, so thought it was a temporary glitch, so I left/reset the instance. The second time I tried killing all the trolls along the way before getting close to the salve. Same result. The third time I ran past all the enemies straight to the salve, but still ran into the invisible wall. After that, I went through the entire instance and slaughtered every single troll, but again, no change.

If anyone has a solution, help would be greatly appreciated. I know it’s unlikely, but we’re all having this issue because we wanted to play as Sylvari. I’m trying to retain their optimism (or naivete) . :P
