Having same problem on HD6850 W7 32 and it seems to be ANet connection issue

(Poland here)My problem is that i get disconnected every 30 minutes, or my screen goes black. Everytime i’m doing dungeon, killing wrold bosses i’m getting disconnected. I can’t write on guild or party chat. It doesn’t really feel like lag, but anyway very frustrating, and it’s not my internet connection fault, cuz it works fine, other online games works fine(World of Warcraft), download and upload speed are ok. What the hell is happening since last patch?

I’ve just bought the game yesterday, then I’ve installed it, downloaded updates. After few hours of impatient waiting I’ve finally launched the game and started making a Charr male Ranger. After few minutes of some work I’ve named the character and clicked on last arrow in 10th step, then 5-7 seconds of nothing and I’m back in menu, with no characters, no nothing. I’ve tried again for x-times, with no results. Am I doing something wrong? I didn’t spend 55$ to watch only main menu, and character creation menu

EDIT:
There’s only possibility to play when i’ll only select race and class(no appearance,or biography of character), and quickly name the character, weird.
