As for portaling, if you don’t or have not played a mesmer who portal bombs, save us the kittening about hacking. I hid in the Bay for 10+ minutes tonight with an ele after NSP took it on their borderlands. Unfortunately my portal bugged so I jumped down like the worlds biggest kitten to a group of people ready to ninja. Somewhat glad though because it seems like a successful non zerg strategy would be attributed to hacking and therefor discredit DRs 20k+ point lead (directed at the one crying).

I, for one, can’t wait for Tuesday at 5 am, because absolutely nothing is going to change. It will be like all of those times the world was supposed to end.

There are some absolutely fantastic commanders on DR that are being overshadowed by the loudest and most visible. They just don’t micromanage everything in map chat even when they only have one or two pugs following them. Props to those on DR leading by example.

I, for one, will not be counting out Kain this week. Spent most of last night in North EB in constant battle against players who played hard, Notably CnB and KR as alliances and the pugs seemed ferocious as well. Had a great time during one of the fights in pangloss, we lost, but that was the most fun close quarters combat I have played on my mesmer. On the flipside, props to LARP/Envy for running a good route and trashing our initial attempts into the SE… we were so close to grabbing that keep early on.

This may be our last week in this match up so as an original DR player I would like to leave our tier without enemies, save those leaving to join our potential opponents in the next tier, in that case keep the rivalry going. We have had some great transfers in, they brought in higher tier stratagems and mentality and of course, numerical superiority. Their seamless integration with our base of players that were, for several weeks, similar to the characteristics of both Kain and Ferg now put us into the position that we are in, moving up a tier.

Hopefully we will be gone, however the server that moves in will have relatively similar points, player base, and hourly coverage(initially). So keep fighting hard, practice how you play, it may not get easier and might come down to holding your ground until that lucky transfer(s) go your way.

My final shout out goes to the Commanders of EB last night, not just coexisting, but working together through the thick of it. And, yes I’m tooting my own horn: [SoCo], [RGTG], and [Dark] rarely are we mentioned, which is how we like it, but when there’s a knocking on your keep door, that’s usually us

Unless that was a different fight, we wiped your team there. However, we didn’t run with those kinds of numbers outside of EB and I don’t see any SoCo tags, so it is likely. I do have to give you props on the Bay defense. We didn’t expect any opposition there and ended up getting trashed for it (with you landing the deathblow on me). I (possibly “we”) had the most fun on Ferg BL last night. Although I died an embarrassingly amount of times, that’s clearly where the challenge was in terms of skill combatants and an organized enemy unit.

FIST has been on Devonas for a while, they were just split. Regardless, we have been receiving some great transfers that has considerably impacted our standing in this tier. Got to work with a lot of you in EB last night/this morning and it was fantastic. That goes for our peers on the other servers as well, its fun to speculate on who is going to win only hours after reset, but I really enjoy the bouts we have been getting in and look forward to those to come.
