Hi,

Probably being suggested before but id like to throw it in. It would be awesome to add guitars some time in the future to guild wars, since there are quite a few instruments already. Also the lore permits it (asura and charr tech).

Make a guitar for each race that can be bought or obtained by everyone (not race locked) and add a bit of flavor to each one.

Exemple: Charr – more heavy metal sound, Sylvari – more classical sound etc.

And make them cost 1000 gems or something, meaning not everyone can go and outright buy them all. But also make them obtainable ingame through with quite some effort so players who want to obtain such items without forking gems can get them.

Maybe throw in as specific drops a 1 time (5 minute) (10 minute cooldown) use version in the pot too for each guitar.

Id like to add to this thread that I rolled a warrior from day one, not knowing how powerfull they are, infact the only taste i had of the warrior class, was in beta when I got one-two shotted in most events and was forced to constantly use ranged because melee was well, death.

So before starting threads like these, think of people who rolled warrior because they like being a kitten armored guy charging into things. I also have a ele and engineer alt, I do think ele is underpowered in PVE but engineer is extremly powerfull if played corectly as support, and makes up for the lack of DPS, by a lot!

Bugged Dynamic Events and Skill Challenges

Dunno if this has been posted, but me and probably a lot of other people are very frustrated with bugged events that won’t work properly and skill challenge NPCs that disappear.

So, I have come up with a simple solution, add a reset timer to all active events and skill challenges. Basically an event has been running for 1 hour and no one has completed it, it should auto reset after 1 hour of being active and not completed. Same for skill challenges, say after 6 hours of no one completing a said skill challenge, it should reset and respawn the NPC if it’s a NPC that you have to talk to in order to fight him/her.

This is just an idea, which I don’t think is hard to implement… (tho what do I know… games be weird and I be potato). So please do something about these bugged events so they can auto fix themselves.
