I am also having an issue with this Skill Point. I am on the Gate of Madness server.

I am having issues just trying to get into the Personal Home Instance in Black Citadel, Hero’s Canton. I do not know if its a bug or has something to do with the quest i am on right now, but it is keeping me from finding the last few POIs there and 100% for the Black Citadel area.

My character is a lv 34 Human. I chose to go with the Mages when saving the queen. The quest i am on now is The Stone Sheath. I took a picture of where the message should appear to enter the instance, but i don’t get it whenever i get close to here. The picture also shows my recent/current quests.

Again, i do not know if this is a bug or if it has anything to do with my quest or even the race. I have been able to enter all other Personal Home Instances. Only this one is giving me troubles.
My home world is Gate of Madness. (Don’t know if this is needed)
