One thing i do want to say is that northern shiver peaks was a top 5 server till Ascension Alliance left the server. Do i have ill feelings for them; not at all, this is a game and they have the right to play it however they like, but we’ve just recently started to get our own kitten together after such a loss and have the coordination back in order. Us looking to rise back to the top after bieng bumped down to the 3rd worst WvW NA.

This is why you guys are sucking, taking screen shots while the other servers wreck your kitten.

My guild has the majority of its members on the East coast and we still own 75% of WvW total. Granted every1 on east coast prolly stayed up till about 5-6. Presence is a aspect in wvw if you cant keep it thats not any1’s fault but your own. Wvw is a on going thing you cant pause the game whenever you’de like, just how it is.

“I pub stomp people with quickness” this what your basing the balance of quickness in pvp on?

Is there anyway you can get TDM style arena in this game? Tournaments are cool and all but i am much more of a arena type person, ide really like to see this added.

I just want you guys to know, that i would pay $10 for a race change. wink

I understand why you guys nerfed the reward and increased the time to complete in CoF. However people are not happy with the reward slice at all; personally i think we can compromise. I agree with the fact CoF needed to be harder, 100% with you guys on this, but i think the DR on multiple runs is a bit much.

My number one solution is to get rid of the DR on multiple dungeon runs and keep the reward at 26s but limit the amount of times you can run it a day to about 5 give or take a run.

To my understanding you guys just dont want people running this for hours and hours and hours and hours to have tons of gold. This way you still get your difficulty increase, the time to complete will still be longer, and you have control over how much gold is earned per day.

SO here we have an awesome game, with tons of things to do. Spvp, wvw, dynamic events, hearts, jumping puzzles, exploration, crafting, personal storyline, ect. And poeple say they will quite the game becuase they made a 1 of the 4 paths in 1 of the 8 dungeons harder to bring it up to par, and becuase if you run that 1 path more than 2 times extremly fast you get half xp/gold.
Wow QQ much? Heres an idea… explore some of the other dungeons, explore the others paths. You all sound like little chiildren that are told they can not have 3rds on their desert.
People just want their “I win” button. I play EVE online and thankfully children don’t play that game. There is kittening but theres also the adapt and overcome crowd. SO adapt or quite. I dont care, this game has so much to offer and i’m sorry but nerfing speed running a dungeon will not break suddenly make this game crap.
I here WoW just luanched a new expansion please go try that. I’ll be having a blast here.

This is completely true. I especially agree with the 5 run a day lockout. 5 runs a day will be a perfect amount, enough for 80s to get the gold they need for WvW guild taxes and a little on the side for whatever they may wanna buy from the TP, also 5 runs also help accomplish what you guys want, players earning less gold. I must say ive ran CoF for 5+ hours before, you do that math for 16 and under minutes a run. This way all players move a good pace together.

You truly need to listen to all these points posted above. I will sign up for your PTR day of release to help test.

I mean really though, was it 100% necessary to cut the xp and gold reward for completing CoF? Making it harder so we work harder to earn gold is one thing, but then slicing the reward is on the fence of crossing the line. Me farming CoF till i dont feel like doing it anymore would usually make me about 3-6g pending on how i feel about grinding at the moment; is that enough to impact the game in a since that I’m exploiting (exploiting probably not the correct term here but its closest word with the meaning I’m looking for) the game in a way to require such a nerf on the reward?

Crafted gear gets you the same stats that dungeon gear has. All you have to do is get the mats one way or another. Dungeons grinds are for looks and / or the gear stats.

Wouldn’t the reverse also be true? While there asleep u can cap the map? There’s nothing unfair if this applies to both sides.
