This is literally the worst boss figth in the whole history of GW2. Its an endless CC fest with no way to avoid it and in the end your left with bitter taste and every equipment broken.
This needs to be fixed or I will never do it again.

I’m sorry you detest PvP and play a large scale PvP gamemode?
The actual Player vs. Player is the very core of World vs. World gameplay, at least it should be. Wether it locates around controlling objectives or meeting in field.Also yes there is always a handful of BT players in public squads and couple of BT guilds on the evenings raiding as their own.
What AG lacks a lot are experienced good commanders and people to put in effort to train and make the server better. But I presume that is almost on every server as people are getting fed up with the game mode and active players to put in the effort are rare.

I’m being forced to play it for the new track to obtain gift of battle and I definently don’t like that decision.

This needs to be reverted. End of story. Just afetr 2 days I’m already torn about how abysmally hellish torture WvW is and I’m forced to go through it again for my second legendary. (Atleast link more servers to Aurora Glade ’cause right now its just us getting slaughtered over and over again every single match.)
Aurora glade for instance. We always get rekt and always last compared to other servers. Worst of all I have to force mysef to play it if I want my legendary.
Do any of you have similiar problems?
I must be doing it wrong. My thief only has about 13k health and I have no issues. I thought I was supposed to die instantly? I’m below the 16k threshold!
There are probably some finer points to fighting these guys that you are missing. For instance, you claim that it’s nearly impossible to see the electricity attack from veteran chak zappers when it’s really a pretty obvious tell. They raise their tail and it begins to glow with lightning just before the attack fires. Watch for it and it’s very easy to dodge/block.
Also, be aware that you can remove their reflect shield by breaking their bar with CC. And they don’t actually do very much attacking while the shield is up, so you could take that time to clear out any additional enemies present.
What I meant that usually you get oneshotted by the veteran or higher zappers or whatever they are called and even worse when they’re accompanied by sentrys (little flies that make you take more damage and you cant kill them).
From now on I will name all my hate posts like this.
I hate these things. Same could be said about all HoT enemies but these take the spot. The melee ones are easy enough but the ranged ones (zappers and lobbers) and the one veteran with the thorns shield are the worst. People complain about the damage that HoT enemies do and these are no different. Anything below 16k HP gets taken down instantly by the veterans nearly impossible to see zap plus they are always accompanied by lobbers and zappers. Makes some areas in the TD impossible to travel.
(Dont even mention chak sentries because devs think they were such a great idea.)
Seriously who designed this boss? Who thought that giving him a constant stealth that eventually leads to guaranteed event fail because its physically impossible to kill him quick enough. We were “unfortunately lucky” and managed to get him to 1% but the he decides to stealth and cause the timer to run out.

Atleast not now and considering the amiunt of patches regarding this issue not in a long time. Mainly becasue of three reasons:
1.Buggy as it can be
None of the collections work properly. Certain items dont drop or certain events cant even trigger. Like giant shark at sibedon deeps.
2.obnoxius events
Some events that do work you have to wait for an eternity for them to initiate and since you always get put into a random map with different timers its like playing gamble.
3.Direct buy is cheaper
This may change over these couple of months but atleast at this time it stays true. I have yet to see this personally cause I havent even completed my first collection (see reason 1 and 2), but seeing a lot of people write about these kind of issues makes me feel obnoxius .
My result is that this system was implemented in the game clearly unfinished and has made me lose my hair. Its just been too much salt.
The Moot I:
Giant Shark Tooth – only available from a quest chain that involves failing 2 events. The first event in the chain, http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Prevent_krait_from_kidnapping_Okarinoo_quaggans is nearly impossible to fail. The krait do not always capture the quaggans, they kill some of them. Once a quaggan is killed, it appear they will always be killed and never captured. Even if that were not the case, the quaggan can defend themselves rather well and frequently kill the krait faster than they can be killed.
Reef Drake Broodmother Scale – killed the http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Reef_Drake_Broodmother in Southsun multiple times and have not gotten the drop. Every other collection item seems to be first time gauranteed, soI’m assuming this is a bug.

Failing events shouldnt be required for collections.
The risen drake broodmother just had a very long spawn time but the shark is still problem. LinseyMurdock confirmed that failed events were not meant to be required for scavenger hunt but this isnt the first one to appear.
The giant shark event has never happened because according to wiki it requires the the two previous events to fail in oder to trigger but the problem is that quaqqan kidnapping simply cannot fail even if no people are doing it. The krait simply bug out and let the quaqqan guards kill them before they can kidnap enough. The shark needs to be made in to a separate event from the lake meta event.
(also risen drake broodmother doesnt spawn as well).
It was in citadel of flame (Aurora Glade). There was a sylvari guardian (name: Beta Tester xXx) who was apparently a dragonhunter with longbow and all. Is this serious or intented?
I didnt really know where to put this so deal with it. My issue as the title says is with the Mordrem husk slingers in Silverwastes. A mob desinged to be a catapult of sorts for Mordrem. They throw boulders and the impact point is marked with a red circle as always. The issue comes in a form of deception. The size of the impact area isnt correct. The area is in fact larger than indicated which has caused me more than enough deaths to be kittened about. Standing a little outside of the circle and you still get hit. Anyone with usually 15k hp or less gets instanlty downstated followed by a barrage of boulders atop of you. I may not be the first to coplain about this but this needs to be resolved.

As title says, this issue of mine keeps coming back and I dont know why. The problem is that usually when I start playing everything seems normal with almost 70 fps but after couple of minutes fps starts dropping to little over 20 for about 2 seconds and then goes up again to normal for 5 seconds and drops again and the cycle repeats itself over and over again. I have tried messing with graphics options as well as my pc options but nothing fixes it. It might be that my pc is couple years old and surely has outstayed its welcome but I need to know if there are other options than to ditch this expensive laptop of mine and get a new one. List of specs:

I finally did it but the bug is still there. The trick is to not let trahearne die at any point or he will permanently disappear which is annoying. Just have to kee that in mind on my thief when I get to that point.
So far it has happened on my mesmer and yes I do get into the cave but the cutscene at the bone wall doesnt initiate because trahearne isnt anywhere to be seen. I shall try third tome to do it and not die but those veteran kraits hurt alot.
Forging the pact is at the moment bugged to point that it prevents completing it. At the part where you defend the krew on the hill from undead Trahearne is still with you but when the battle is over he suddenly disappears and never comes back. This prevents him from opening the bone barricade inside the cave. This always happens even when i reset the guest and is very annoying.
