I dunno this is a bug or not.. But really wanna know about it. 2 days ago I was just Strolling at “Straits Of Devastation” with my friend in the Green Circle Part (the attached picture) and Suddenly I got a really big Lag that made me get disconnected 3 times… Finally, my client crashed, and when I was trying to “Play” that one toon in Straits Of Devastation, it only shows the loading screen for 10 minutes+ and crashed, I tried this for over 14 times and keeps on doing the same thing. So I submitted a ticket where I was told to Update my Drivers etc. I thought my Laptop was the problem. After I Updated it, It was still only showing the Loading Screen and crash.. So now my one of my Toon is stuck in Straits of Devastation.. I decided to try it Again with my other toon and went to Straits Of Devastation, I went all around the Red Squared Area (The attached picture) and Finally went to the Green Circled part and then it happened, The Big Lag came and made me Disconnected only making me lost my 2 Main Characters, Stuck in the same place and because of the same problem.. What I am asking is.. “Do You Get Any Lag Around The Red Squared/Green Circled Part?” I do not think this is my Laptop’s fault and maybe because of that certain area has a bug that triggers major lag and makes my character Unable to Access Straits Of Devastation.. If You know anything about this, please Reply and I would Greatly Appreciate any help. I just love this game so much and I seem desperate to get help.. Thank You

I just went to the trading post today and I think i found a bug that makes the Trading Post, Selling Items, Gem Store, Transactions and Currency Exchange seems broken, not displayed and has different font. I have tried going into different Map, toon and Log in and out 4 times but it still displays the same.

already did, just wanted to make sure if anyone has a solution or having the same Issues Ticket Number: 130203-001203

I have looked into this on the forum all day and still can’t find one with solutions, mostly are posts 4 months ago or a month ago but has no solutions.

Thank you for the reminder no, it wont kick me back, I tried it 11 times and nothing happened, just crashed and I exited from the game. It happened last night while i was exploring with my friends on The Straits Of Devastation and had a major lag that made me got disconnected, when I tried to log in on my character, this happened.

I have been having issues with one of my characters, being stuck in the Straits Of Devastation Loading screen, I have seen other Threads like this but 4 months ago and have’nt seen any posts in this date so I decided to make this. I don’t know if this is a bug but i will explain it incase you forgot/never heard of it 4 months ago. The loading screen seems to be endlessly to keep loading and showing the spinning circle mark, I left it for 10 minutes thinking it would somehow load the area but only to make the game crash and force me to exit it.. It seems my other characters/alt has no problems in logging in and loading the map.. I can’t also risk to get another alt to go to Straits Of Devastation and test if that character works or not.. does somehow anyone know how to solve it? I would really appreciate it. If you have this issue too, please post it here so I know I am not the only one having this problem. Thank You.
