Rewards is a way to make players repeat same content over and over again in MMORPG games.
Doing dungeon for first, maybe second and third times is fun. But repeating it over and over again is not, this is how it works in single-player games. So there MMO developers introduce rewards, so you will repeat doing same content until you get all rewards. This is a cheap way to keep players in game.

Same issue here, large FPS drop.

I don’t understand why people estimate server population by number of players they meet in low-level zones.

Most of the server population now in high-level zones, dungeons and WvWvW.

We run one-time events at the time where we have the highest concurrency.

And what part of the player base online in this time? I dont think its more than 50%. So the other half of the players have to miss this events.

No more one-time events please.
Repeat them through all day.

Love underwater combat with my warrior. Spear does insane damage and has fun skills.
If only mobs doesn’t reset every 5 seconds…

I can reproduce the tone sound error that causes my game to crash. All I have to do is participate in the Claw of Jormag fight. A few mins into the fight the tone starts, I shut my speakers off and continue fighting. About 2 mins later I crash out.

Yeah, i get this bug almost always when fighting Claw of Jormag with a lot of people.

More likely they wanted to give unique weapons for completing the story, like in GW1, but changed their decision and cut them in the last moment and changed rewards to some random crap.

They are busy fixing tons of bugs, no Halloween for this year.

A bunch of random 78 lvl crap for completing personal story and killing greatest threat in Tyria history is a really an insult. Bring back unique rewards, like in GW1!
