My husband and I both submitted tickets for password resets. we both received links to reset our passwords in 3 days, mine worked and his told him it was expired just 5 hours after it was sent to him. He was told that it would be escalated and has not heard a word since. It has now been 7 days! can they not just try re sending the link? Please help him out so we can actually play while he still has some time out of work…
