Just a warning to people who are new to this game.. When you get your elite skill at 30 you have everything at your disposal. Everything else is just scaling. So for example if it takes you 10 seconds to kill something in pve at level 30 it will take the same at level 80.

I found out the hard way with necromancer

Well i just tried 5 different builds and all seem to kill around the same time just with my health either lower or higher.. Think im going to level a new class as this slow style isn’t for me.

And when the next character hits 80 maybe end game content will be out

What traits do you use for a pet build?

I have tried putting all staff marks on the floor switching to death shroud to stack 6 or so of vulnerability then to main hand + offhand and using the feast of corruption with all stacks of the scepter bleed + poison. And it still seems to take so long

Okay so the build im using at level 80 is
30 in spite
30 in curses
10 in soul reaping

Now this looks to me to be the most damage you could possible get from the stats each tree gives.

However with axe / scepter main hand dagger / warhorn offhand it takes me around 17 – 20 seconds to kill an equal level mob on ruins of orr.

Im not in the best gear but i’ve got all 80 gear bar 1 79 peice and even with swapping to a staff and using everything on both weapon swaps it still seems to take so long to kill anything. Im sat at around 45% crit.

Just wondering if there is something stupid i am doing.. have i looked at these skill trees wrong for a max damage build?

And if anyone else is having an easier time at 80 soloing id love to see your build / weapons.
