Guild Wars 2

I’m looking for a Guild which aims mostly on PvP(Tournament,WvW roaming etc.).
I’m on Gandara server(EU) but i can transfer to any other server if it’s needed.
I main Guardian and Thief and I’m very experienced with both of them.
I have a mic so i can use all voice-chat programs you would like(Ts3,Rc,Vent etc.).

So today i decided to start going WvW. I have seen some videos(Youtube,Twichtv etc) in which people are doing something called ‘roaming’. Like i noticed,roaming is going with small group of people(2-5) or even alone and killing isolated people or isolated groups.

Since I’m a thief and thieves are kinda good at going alone i decided to also start roaming.

I would like someone to give me some quick tips(places to go more importantly) or if they have seen any guides of how to roam and write it in a comment below.

I have already searched gw2wiki and other sites but i haven’t found the answer yet.
Your experience gained each run is being reduced every time you join the dungeon.Let’s say you get 100 exp the first run,50 second,35 third and so.When will i get 100 exp again?
