For 1,2 even 3 alts 250 HP are manageable. But for the rest…….

I have nine alts that I play regularly. Now I have to earn 400 skill points for each just to enjoy the new elite. This sounds like fun. NOT! Also I don’t understand what is the purpose of this grind? (and it is a grind. 9 professions x 400 HP = 3600 HP) Only when I look at this number it makes me abandon the idea of unlocking the elite specialization. And for the people that are saying that I don’t need to play all professions all I can say its that I play as a I want because this was the slogan of GW2 and this is why I bought HoT. No were was advertised that this philosophy has changed.

I’m trying to discover a recipe. I’m level 394 Jeweler the required ratting for the recipe is 375 but’m not allowed to craft it. The Craft button is grayed out. (See the attached image)
Any help with this issue? Thnx
