I for one know that you have to be at the trading post and check the pick up window. Yes, I am sure most of us here have done that. I the fact is, we bought stuff, it took the money, no item in the pick up window, and nothing in the transactions tab under items I bought.

I just lost 4 gold trying to buy a weapon upgrade. That is a huge chunk of money to lose. whats the deal?
