10s ICD on the Healing Prism is insane … I feel like mesmers are gonna get nerfed to oblivion (it seems they continue to [over]nerf us every time a patch hits ;_;)
Mender’s Purity should cast Power Cleanse (Mantra of Resolve) when healing skill is used. The problem is that with Mantra of Recovery ready, Power Return does not activate the cleanse on the last charge (2nd normally, 3rd with Harmonious Mantras).
btw Mender’s Purity is a minor in Inspiration line.
