My character is a Mesmer Asura. I was in the Plains of Ashford in Old Duke’s Estate in the Vault fighting some Toxic Ooze. I was downed by the Ooze and used my “2” ability to teleport away. After the Ooze had died and I was revived, I realized that I was underwater. I quickly realized that I was stuck beneath the surface of the world. After exploring for a bit I restarted the game and spawned above ground with everything looking like normal.
