I am affected by the same issue. Games becomes totally unresponsive and unplayable.

Hi, I am speaking on behalf of my friend also my guild leader. He hasn’t played in a while and has forgotten his password and is receiving an error when trying to reset it. He was talking to support and went through a few questions about verifying the account after that he never heard back from them; it’s been 3days now. This is his ticket number (195926:Cant access account) Thanks.
