Obviously a hacked account and resulting Ban.

5 days and still no action

This account issues are ridiculous. There are pages and pages of people blocked and unhelped for days!

I just don’t understand this approach. I understand the desire to block account abuse, misconduct, gold selling. But the crazy unprecedented false positive ratio, and the inability to process them through support is strongly upsetting your users.

What is a better solution?kitten off a massive chunk of your user base? Blunt all the MMO new release energy? Struggle to deal with the massive influx of false positives.

Or perhaps just go in. Review NOTHING and just unbanned everyone who is banned and blocked. Sure you will end up some false negatives, people who should be banned and got a incorrect reprieve. Gold selling on chat will sky rocket. But comparing a degraded chat experience vs users not being able to log in at all for days, how is this not an obvious choice.

I know you are working your hardest. And lots of this message is motivated by frustration. But the point of view and feeling remains. This is really terrible.

Error message has been changing. I’ve obviously been hacked and as a result banned. Been waiting for 5 days now. Only got a useless, what appears to be auto generated response about changing my password as a fix. It wasn’t a fix.
