Just finished the puzzle… It is really bad. Poor design,..
It’s not really a “puzzle” since the way is just straightforward, what makes it hard are other players + time limit… I had no fun at all doping this and i really hope Anet makes some changes…

This puzzle needs reworking… fail design

I guess someone asked before, but still..
Is there any way to aquire exotic aquatic helm?
The best i’ve found are the masterwork ones from vendors
