I am returning to Guild Wars 2 after some time away.
I want to jump into Structured PvP with one of my low level characters but, a lot has changed within the game in regards to PvP.
Levels and stats are still boosted to 80/max but, the vendors are different.
I’m not sure how to obtain armor, weapons, runes, etc.
I am pretty lost.
Can anyone explain how I might begin with all of this, again?
