Guild Wars 2

Gear: Full exotic with 4 pieces of ascended (in my healing power gear) Full exotic knights set, as well (but the runes are poor)

Traits: Healing shouts. (I can switch to healing banners too if required, my personal regen is quite high, and I clear lots of conditions, my damage is only so-so though. I usually use a GS and Longbow, but I also carry a hammer and rifle.)

Experience: Very little in Arah, have run other dungeons and I am at about 30 in fractal level

Time: After 8 pm EST (the daily reset time) commonly, but have a lot of availability (looking for an evening group though)

Other: I would like to learn and complete all the routes, I would also not mind finding a regular group for a while to earn the tokens (to make an armor set). I also have both mumble and ventrilo installed, if that helps.

Experienced the same issues in Twilight Arbor story mode last night (also while doing some personal stories with a friend). Everything seemed ok on either Saturday or Sunday (last time we did a personal story together), but had these issues on Monday in both types of instance (dungeon and story).

Yea, I was the first one that entered the dungeon, so I suppose that made me the creator, and only I was being given the cutscenes. I know for a fact, that either on Saturday or Sunday, I did a personal story quest with a friend and he saw the cut scenes, today he did not see them in my equivalent mission (same deal with me doing a mission with him, after he did another with me, he saw my scenes but I did not see his).

I experienced a similar issue with cut scenes in Twilight Arbor story mode a few hours ago, only I was able to view the cutscenes, the rest of my friends were not. I also noticed this when doing some personal story quests (mid levels like 48-53) with a single friend. It appears to have started on Monday, as we did not have the problem on Sunday.

I’d like to add that a group of my 4 friends and I just ran Twilight Arbor(story mode), and I was the only one that was able to view the cutscenes, the other 4 people were not able. I also saw something similar in a personal story quest earlier in the day as well…. when prior to today everything was working fine, and everyone got to see the cutscenes.
