Now I know that he last week has been a wee bit hectic for Anet and GW2 but I submitted a ticket on Monday, 8/22/16, received my automated receipt email, but never heard any follow up. Just wondering if this is normal because in the past, support has answered my tickets within 48 hours or so. Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this.
