Guild Wars 2

So I’ve been trying to delete one of my characters. His name is 20 letters long.
When I hit “delete character,” it prompts me to type his name then after that type “delete” but my problem arises because the box can only hold 19 letters. I can’t even fully type the name of my character, let alone the additional 7 characters " delete"!

I have a problem. I have no idea what causes it, but if I were to guess I’d say that I have an incompatible graphics card. (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370)

During the pre-release, my computer did the same thing where there were horrible flying textures everywhere. When the game released everything was perfect, the problem was resolved. School hit, and it’s probably been 2 months since I’ve logged in. I’m back, and once again the nightmare has hit. Any suggestions?

Also a note: The textures on screen flash from one thing to something completely different at least 10 times per second. It’s actually impossible to play with. My FPS is constant around 40, it is very smooth. There’s just some really messed up graphics bugs.
