Guild Wars 2

I really want to get into voting, but it’s kind of hard to vote or downvote someone’s build unless it has been tested by myself. Plus I think most of us in the guild are scholars, maybe that’s the reason why you’re not seeing a lot of votes? I have no idea how these builds work and feel like, so I can’t really vote with a logical reason. I feel like votes are kind of limited to teachers and testers.
