HoT was the final nail in the coffin it seems. Unlikely we’ll get any improvements to bring anyone back, only just unwanted features that do nothing to save WvW. Wintersday will be the only filler between now and next year, and by then there will only be karma trains left in WvW.
To be honest you’ll more likely receive a response from ANET on reddit than in their official forums about WvW.
EotM is awesome? Quite the opposite for me. All I generally see is SoR full map blobs (playing for “fights”, /sarcasm) running around destroying scattered pugs who aren’t on the same voice comms. The system of joining the map (organizing servers by color) just makes it too easy to have your entire guild enter the same map.
It’s worse than normal WvW for me.
