I have a problem with the cattlepult in Diessa Plateau rather than the vista itself.
I cant interact with the cattlepult or Mad Mardine. When I talk to Tigh Snatchskull he says he has to get more cattle, but stays rooted to the spot. There is no event active and they aren’t interacting with each other or with the cattlepult itself. I have seen what I assume to be other players using the cattlepult without a problem (they approach the device and disappear abruptly), but for whatever reason I cant seem to use it.
I have walked around the tower multiple times, and I have talked to the guards about the flying cows. If i’m missing something obvious please tell me.
