The same bug happened to a friend as well during the Mouth of Mordremoth fight, where she was unable to WP after falling to her death.
It also happened to me when I went out of bounds during the post-fight Noxious Pod scramble. (If you die from standing on the Mordremoth vines in the Mushroom cave) It sounds like an out of bounds death doesn’t allow you to WP on that map (I attempted to WP to Tangled Depths though and that did work)
There is a similar bug in the story mission where you use the Glint’s Egg skills as well.
You know for a brief second i thought we might see some positive changes, but no… more nerfs, shield is still garbage.
This profession is officially dead, this is no exaggeration, with the upcoming elite specs Guardians are now 100% worthless.
..they gave us the boons we wanted for shield, 4 seconds of aegis added to the 4 skill, increased the channelling for 5 skill and gave us movement…it’s not a bad change to be honest.
And to be honest, Feel My Wrath was a bit OP, (Maybe nerf to 40 seconds or 35, but still)
And by your logic, Feel My Wrath is the only redeeming quality of the Guardian based on that being the only nerf they really had, Wait till tuesday I suppose to see other changes, but calm down mate :P

Love of the change to Shield of Judgement! Bravo. This is exactly what I wanted.
As for Shield of Absorption . . . uh . . . I really like that we’re no longer rooted . . . but such a drastic reduction to the channeling time feels like this is more of a nerf. I guess we’ll just see, huh? I hope I’m wrong.
a nerf to channelling time? He said from 1 and 1/2 seconds to 4 seconds. I thought that was a great boon.
I think the points that are needed to be said have been posted enough. Playing this game for 3 years, this event felt like something really not learned well from. I mean, Silverwastes or Dry Top should have been inspired from if you wanted an event like this.
I’ll re-iterate the key points that would be useful.
1. For New Players, give actual minor rewards for individual events, events don’t feel rewarding when you don’t get anything besides a tic saying “You did this.” Not to mention, this event was designed for new players as you guys said. You aren’t really giving anything rewarding for new players though. (10 gold for the armor stuff, the prices feel really too high for a new player, especially F2P accounts without TP access)
2. For general players: Make the events more rewarding. With the amount of time invested in the event, you barely get anything for 30 minutes of fairly hardcore grinding. By math, It would take 15-18 events over the next three days to get even just the potions. Thats a -lot- of time dedicated for casual players.
3, Make people work together.
Either make the events a bit tougher, or don’t go with an individual event tic, it just makes players jump from event to event with only a minimum of participation. Give reasons to stick around with the event, even just put a chest at the end if you did enough so they have to stick to loot.
Those are just a few thoughts, they have been said before, this event felt really backwards compared to your usual design decisions.
You’re expected to play 48 hours a day for the whole event, it’s not like people need to work, eat, or sleep right?
Or as posted, the event is currently bugged and they are working on a fix.

Dungeons have been abandoned.
Fractals haven’t gotten any updates since I’ve last played, like 8 months ago.
DE’s throughout the world have also been abandoned, haven’t gotten any fixes on any of the existing ones that need a fix either.The only new thing/s are those 2 zones that got added, as far as I know anyway. But do tell if I’m wrong here.
You are right on dungoen, but we know that for the last 2 years.
Fractal : So what? Does everything need an upgrade each 2months or they are abandonned? It take time to code those thing. In 2 months they gonna get a major updage, nothing to whine about here.
Just 2 weeks ago they fixed Ogre Wars.
Can you at least wait for the expansion. It’s right there. Who the kitten whine about lacking update 2 months before an expansion. Should Anet take a break of the expansion to give some new upgate?
Not adding anything at all for 8 months is not good, especially for a game with limited challenging PvE content as is.
Also, I think you need to take off those Anet bedsheets for a second. What was my purpose for creating this thread? I wanted to see, if with the expansion, they would be addressing the issues that I’ve mentioned. So I don’t get where you’re seeing me complain about the lack of kitten.

The general reason why they haven’t updated content in 10 months really is because they have been focusing on working on the new expansion, unfortuanately that tends to be how most MMOs tend to be. (Hell, I recall a WoW expansion taking nearly a year and a half with basically besides the occasional bug fix, nothing to show)
Dungeons, yeah, basically have been kinda abandoned, I can say that. Some changes to the world bosses due to the new mechanics and specialization revamp a few months back.
I dunno, I can’t say that the past 8 months is any indication of how PvE in the future will go, since, well, expansion stuff, I tend to just wait these times out and focus on other things.
Good move on Guild Wars 2 part but i’ve lost some friends and guildmates to other mmorpgs .. We have been waiting for raids for quite sometime now.. but as the title says too little too late..
The question is, what is considered too late?
GW2 is still for the most part B2P, if the expansion is good enough and the raids enticing enough mechanically, some people will drop 50 (or whatever sale the expansion may go on after launch) for the chance, and can come back whenever they choose due to not worrying about subs.
i play a lot pvp and after patch i discover that in the same set (rabid one) my engi has around 3 k hp less wtf ?? they promise as they will return hp to as in baseline but its not true
when im switching to carrion i have almost 25 k hp its insane….i love playing rabid thanks to great syngery precsionto condi dmg and critc trigger traits. New condi buffs makes u die even faster
and less hp makes it even harder to u to standing alive… mind i went with alchemy and invention specialisation i cant even imagine now playing with full dmg oriented build likr tools and explosion
When the patch dropped, they removed -all- benefits from all trees so you went for the traits as opposed to So you lost the 300 or so Vitality from those trees.

Pls Anet, don´t nerf the Consume Condition on the Necros so much, My propposition, keep the Volnurability (I don´t understand the thought prosess behind that tho, get condi to remove condi ?? but fine) but dont increase the cd, pls keep it at 25s

Corruption talent gives it a shorter CD than it currently has live.

Either way, until all the new weapon skills and utilities are known I think you are extremely premature in your claim about the Reaper being even remotely overpowered. We shall see though.
I can agree on that point, we saw maybe one or two new skills, one in death shroud, a shout, no talents, nothing else, it could be pretty much any way how it will work until then, it’s fun to speculate, but until we see the PoI tomorrow, no point in crying Overpowered or Useless.
Honestly, yeah, some of the gating they fully admitted they plan on fixing, and it was a bug, at least for experienced players. But I am actually really annoyed about the Fears living story part, it was a really good part, and arguably my friends favorite part of it.

Yeah, I am not sure if it is a bug or intended, but it is rather annoying and I’d love to see it turned back to the way it was if possible.
I sent in a ticket last week
761518, it was never responded to past the first time which was a week ago, it may have been a repeat of another ticket which I lost, so I sent a new one, but I never got a response for that, including that for nearly a week.
I am still having the same issue on this, with it giving an error ( 1078:1003:2:1069:101 )
I had a ticket going but still haven’t gotten a response since…Saturday, and I tried all the methods on the thread.
I assume it was because of my account rollback because of hacking, rather annoying because now I have to spend 200 gems, and it still isn’t letting me unlock it.
1. General boons for the RP community, I’d love, just some QOL stuff, being able to sit on chairs, guild halls, my god guild halls, more lore, more general in depth information into the world, get a dragons butt moving and have it bother us, so on, so forth.
2. I will have to go with the general consensus and definitely say, a way to lower the RNG factor, it does bother me extensively that, I understand why they they do it, but at the same time, the farming of just Champs is considered a better way for loot than doing a dungeon run for the same amount of time.
3. I’d love to see more skills, more abilities, more weapon access to classes, basically the same things that have been told by Anet this summer they want to do.
