In Profile Properties did you make sure you specified the GW2.exe file? There is also a box to check to lock that profile while the game is running.

The help file (click on the question mark at lower right) also has what you need to get it running. I also believe there is a button near where you save a new profile that also scans for new games.

I tried it but still nothing.
I called up Logitech support and they said it was probably faulty, so I am returning it tomorrow.

Are you talking about the programmable buttons along the side or all buttons on the keyboard?

Have you got the profiler program installed and running? I have a G19 and if the program isn’t running the programmable keys stop working. If you do have it running then make sure you have correct profile active.

I have already downloaded the Gaming Software, so my mouse (G600) works fine, but the G13 keys doesnt work (Lights works, and the “screen” works too)

I own a G13 and it really isnt a plug and play thing u need to download the G13 software. With that software u need to assign actions for each key. I recommend going into the program and doing this rather than doing the assign as u play option.

I have already downloaded the Logitech Gaming software.
It works fine with my G600 (Mouse), but it the G13 (after programming the buttons into the keys) it does not work. I tried it on L4D2 with simple movements but it also doesnt work.

Hello everyone
Recently i got a Logitech G13 as a gift from my friends.
I already own a Logitech G600 and have been in love the the amount of buttons i can configure on it.
But when i tested out the G13 on GW2, there was no response to any of the keys.
It didnt do anything.
I tried looking up other forums but they mostly end up with “Dont worry got it fixed”
My G600 works fine but the G13 doenst work. I tried it out on other games and still no response.
How to fix this problem?
