Guild Wars 2

I’ve had one open for some time, but it has been replied to a few times. No conclusions were made yet, and i want to put my serial code onto the email that it was intended to be on. ticket # 120911-005738

Problem is, i don’t even know what the code was. I can prove that it is me in every other way. Hell, i can even post on here with the account saying “I am reticxpython” and have access to both email addresses. I can log onto guild wars 1 and everything. I only have the key for this account, not the other :/

This account (reticxpython) is fully activated. i accidentally, in my negligence, i guess, used the key on this account. This account has full access, but my other account has all my characters, items, and hom rewards, and CAN’T be accessed.

Before submitting a ticket and asking this question, I wanted to know if it was possible to transfer the “activated” (purchased) status of one account to another. My issue may be a BIT confusing to some people, but I’ll try to explain it as best as possible. Of course, I’m leaving out the specifics to avoid people knowing all my information from this post.

So i pre ordered guild wars 2 months ago, a physical copy, from gamestop, but something compelled me to cancel the pre-order (can’t remember what), but i was given an access key (doesn’t work after the grace period, obviously) that i put in prior to cancelling. I assumed that this would rid the account of access immediately. I then pre PURCHASED the game from the impulsedriven gamestop store, and was given a key, which i used a DIFFERENT email address to activate. I must have totally forgotten about this, so I went about the beta events unknowingly using the account that was registered under the pre ORDER key, which would obviously not give me access after the grace period, although i was able to play the game for the headstart and first 5 days just fine. And then my access was just cut off, and i went about thinking it was a flaw on gamestop’s part, giving me a key that didn’t allow full access. It’s been 5 days now, and an email from a gamestop employee that i recieved today put on the lightbulb: the REAL, full activated account, was under the alternate email. At first, I’m like, okay, i can log in with this so i can go ahead and play, but then i thought “wait…all my progress and character names are lost now, as well as my HOM link status!”

So my question is, is there any way that i can cancel this account (reticxpython.8957) and move the serial code over to my other account that i’d already spent hours on?
