I was thinking that to even things out without doing something as drastic as a server merger would be too first lock the top third of the rankings for transfers no one gets in. The middle third would cost 1200 as usual and the bottom third would be free. Also to help with the PPT change it so that the owner of each point must have held it for the entire tick and not just grab it before the timer expires.
I have purchased a number of cultural armor pieces and either transmuted or discarded them in some way. Since I have credit for them for the achievement points should they not be unlocked in the wardrobe or will I have to purchase them again.
11 months since last dev response are we even sure he is still with anet. Would be nice to have an answer yes we are looking at it or no just deal with it.
Fixing the rewards for defending would go a long way to help things out. I see a two fold method. First rewards for players similar to the reward for taking the object. The event is already there the reward just needs to be the same. If the time is to short for that amount of reward then extend the time. Second when that event ends if the server is successful on defending they should be rewarded PPT.
How about reverse overflow. Kill dead maps on servers forcing all servers to play overflow until that map gets more use then expand it again.
I really like the way loot drops in WvW. Hoping that this will eventually make its way to PvE. Not sure how many sparkles I have left behind in shallow water or under the crush of a Temple zerg.
