I’m getting it to on the 64bit client, it started after a windows 10 update a few weeks ago. Windows 10 has updated again since an still no change plus I’ve updated graphics drivers and still getting the flickering.

Well I know as I can’t get anywhere with Bell Choir or the JP. I’m going to be stuck on 10/11 till event ends. It’s a real shame they did not add more options for the Wintersday Daily that added credit towards the overall event.

I have used these myself without issue, But my question is if I brought a gem card in England and sent it to a friend in Germany would they be able to use it?

I had a total of six gold sellers whisper me on the 7/12/13, I reported and blocked them all. Would it not be possible to stop people who are not on your friends list from whispering you? It could help to solve this issue.

Would be nice if people on your blocked list were unable to interact with you in anyway.

It seems like both Behe & Champ Oakheart are not spawning in SeaFarers Rest.

If the expansion took us back to Cantha or Elona, or even just opened up more that’s already on the map would be cool.

How about a chat channel/tab exclusive for recruitment only so that the map channel can be for general map chat and not filled with recruitment messages.

This error has not popped up for the past three nights, but i’m still getting some issues with guild i.e. not being able to see guild bonuses running, activate guild bonuses or building them, being the guild leader this is very annoying.

I’m still getting that error an the related issues.

I’ve been having same problem to.
Server EU Seafarers Rest

I am begining to think this may not be a firewall issue as this error only happens in busy server periods, offpeak i never see it crop up.

I took off my security software an ran with the basic windows firewall with guild wars 2 allowed full access but it has made no difference same error code.

I seem to be getting this error code quite a lot while it does not stop me playing the effects are rather annoying. For one it makes my Guild Chat lag to the point sometimes I cannot see any guild chat not even my own. My Guild List also empties then starts to reload slowly Guild Tags an Emblem disappear but do reload after a few minutes. I’m guessing its a firewall issue but it only seems to be affecting part of the game and not the whole which i find odd.
