anyone know how to find the serial number on email for those who purchased the digital copy?

Search your old emails for an email from noreply@guildwars2.com and look at ones dated around the time you made your purchase.

I deleted it a few days after I knew the game was running fine, bummer!! now what do I do!!!!!!

Oh and I tried to look for email sent from noreply@guildwars2.com but I can’t find anything, I guess I deleted. So how do I get the serial number then if this was the case? contact support or is their any other way? I just don’t want to wait another week or maybe longer to actually hear back from support. I know that because I have the ticket that I submitted on the 9/1 and until now I still don’t get any response from support yet.

I’m writing this on behalf of my wife, she can’t login to her account ever since 9/1 and she’s filed the ticket to support about it and still doesn’t get any help from them, she’s also update her ticket to several times but still nothing back so please help or at least take a look at the ticket number
