Hello everyone,

I’m playing GW2 on Ring of Fire (eu) for nearly 2 years now.
Though i switched characters alot at first, most of my game time was on my Asura Guardian: http://puu.sh/bqPyl/8987b8260d.jpg
I mainly do PvE, but also do a bit of WvW every now and then.
I’ve been in the guild [LOVE] for quite a long time, but since the launch of Wildstar and ESO, most of the people left, and now the guild is basicly full of people who haven’t launched the game in the last 2 months.
So, what do i look for in a guild?
-Friendly people
-Active people (no, not 1 or 2 active people, i want enough people to not feel alone)
-Weekly activities (Guild missions, WvW together etc.)
-Most important of all, Rules, I don’t like it when a guild has no or almost no rules, because it ends up being a mess most of the time.
[LOVE] filled most of these things for me, but now that the guild is nearly dead, i feel like i have to move on.

I started playing GW2 in December 2012, so a few months after release.
I enjoyed the game ALOT at the beginning, untill about lvl 60 where it became a little boring, but i came through it and was lvl 80 a few months later.
Played the game for about a year after that, got full geared up and stuffs, then also made a warrior (my first character was a guardian).
But now i’m a little bored again.
So now i already now a few things people will say:
-Make a new character: No, i tried it but it’s not an option for me as i don’t enjoy it (don’t ask me why).
-Take a break, you paid once so yeh: No, eventho i’m bored of the game, i also love this game and don’t want to stop playing it.
-Join a big guild: I’m already in a guild, the guild isn’t very big but it’s full of nice people.

Basicly i have to find something to keep me playing.
Also: a few weeks ago i found this webpage with like 100 things to do in GW2, anyone who knows what i mean that can link me to that page? as i can’t find it anymore.

Though it looks okay imo, i think that i should replace one or two parts of the armor, but don’t know which and into what.

Played the game a few hours ago, but now when i try to log-in, it gives me this error.
During this time, all i did was connect my Raspberry Pi (a mini linux server) to the network and turn on sharing, but disconnecting the Raspberry Pi did not solve this problem.
Is this something on my side or are the servers down?

EDIT: i am able to play any other game.

Should be a trophy icon bottom right corner of your screen when you win. Click on it just like achievement chests. That’s where your winnings should be, if all is working correctly.

normal you get 1 chest per win

but there is a bug when you transfered from eu to na or na to eu than you dont get any chests.

I never transfered, always been in EU.

So i really want one piece of gear for my thief: the PvP inquest helm
So i found this: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/PvP_Inquest_armor_
It says that i need 5x Arcane Powder, 1x Arcane Sliver, 1x Paid Tournament Token and 1x Medium Helm Token.
I got everything except for the Paid Tournament Token.
I found out that i could get this from Salvaging equips that you get from the reward chests from tournaments.
Now, i did a few of those tournaments (lost 1, won 2) but in all 3 of those games, i did not get any chests or rewards except for glory.
Did they change the way you can get these paid tournament tokens or what?

I can recommand Ring of Fire aswell.
While there are days that the server can be a little bit empty, most of the days, you won’t get that feeling at all!
The server is full of people, most nice, a few trolls here and there, but all-in-all a nice community.
Only down-side with this server tho, is that this server isn’t doing very well with WvWvW.
But if you don’t mind that, then RoF is for you!

Didn’t you notice that everyone has the same armor (every race different, but okay).
That’s because, if someone’s armor has not yet been loaded, you see the Default armor, which has no/a really crappy texture.

tl:dr;
One of the reason’s that Arenanet isn’t making an expension is because in expension’s, new parts are added to the world, now here comes the problem:
Adding new parts of the world spreads people more over the world, causing some parts of the world feel dead.
People aren’t coming back to GW2 because they don’t know how powerfull the living story is.
So an amazing idea is, Making just 1 expension, which doesn’t add alot of new parts in the world, just one little part, but that part does have to be good enough to make people come back to the game.
But, at the same time as releasing the expension, also release a new part to the living story.
Then, people will experience how powerfull the living story is.

I think Arenanet should think about this, because this can and most likely will work, without making GW2 feel dead.

Hey everyone,

So this entire day i’ve been trying to complete Queensdale.
After about 4 hours i was finely done, but then i got a bit sad because of what i got from it.
I got a very little amount of exp and money.
And i got a Weapon that i cannot wear (i got a trident, i am a thief so i can’t wear that!) and a piece of Heavy armor (i am a thief, i can only equip medium armor)
I was only able to sell the Weapon and Armor for 1 silver and 20 copper.
I didn’t sell it through, because i’m hoping that one of the moderators is able to switch it to a piece of armor and a weapon that i can wear.
And i hope you guys can make it that it gives you armor and weapons that you can equip.

so i used to play a human Elementalist, but i got kinda bored of it, just didn’t like it!
so i watched some video’s, and found out that a thief with a sword and a dagger is pretty cool!
so, i wanted to buy a sword, but i could not find one in the asura starting zone!
where can i buy a sword in the asura starting zone for lvl 10??

hello guild wars 2 staff,

im having big difficulties with the personal story quest “Breaking the Blade”.
when you need to defend the building, a few bandits come in.
the first 2x that 2 bandits come in aren’t hard to pass.
but the 3rd one, when the doc howler comes in, is simply not able!
the bandit that comes with doc howler is very easy, but doc howler itself has a lot of health, not able to been killed.
that plus she almost one shots me.
this makes me not able to get pass this quest and really makes me angry and makes me wanna quit this game.
please fix this huge problem or help me get pass it.
