I’m also a victim of this bug. I’ve completed everything, but the counter is stuck at 4/5.

The specific achievement that broke for me and didn’t update the counter were Trick-or-Treat bags opened, which I did during Act 3.

It’s only level 2, and yet I’m getting kicked from groups for being a 76 warrior that’s not in full exotics. Same reasons why I’ve never done any dungeons before now, heh.

Was a neat cutscene, though!

Had a few people complaining in my group about the fat charr AKA me. I completed it first however, much to the chagrin of a rival Asura! And a few other howls of dismay once I linked the loot.
