I loved fighting you in open field and scrims, you guys are really good players and have done a lot in this game. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to swing swords with you, it was an honor.

I want to thank you in the name of OP for all the fights you gave us. Hope we can meet again, if not in GW2, then somewhere else.

had some fun on GH BL with OUT and OP and AoA nice fights, then…. they just blobed up v 19 people….. but its always fun 19v 60 and still take down half of you ^^

We didn’t blob up with anyone. We had 17-22 people the whole raid, if you got blobbed during one fight it was circumstantial, not planned.

We can arrange another GvG against you, if you want. Or scrims. We’re always looking for guilds to fight. We can set up a local in a borderland to fight alone too.

I would like to say a few words, I don’t know if you’ll read them or not but here it goes. I was never the kind of person who plays MMO’s. I was that guy who only liked to play FIFA and stuff like that on my PS3. A few months ago I started GW2 and I came across some videos of this guy named Seven Mirror. Even though I started with a Necro, that guy was playing a Mesmer and I got curious. Man… When I saw what you did with the Mesmer, I fell totally in love with the class. I had to start my own right away. I leveled it to 80 fast askittenk, I saw all of your videos, most of them more than 1 time.

I have to say, you’re my inspiration as a Mesmer. I aim to be able to do 50% of what you do. I don’t know if that will be possible but even if it’s not, you gave me strenght and a point to play the game when I felt like leaving it. I’m almost done with the gear, once I’m totally fueled, I will start roaming WvW and I’ll show them what is a Mesmer, I’ll show them what I learned from watching you.

I guess what I’m trying to say is simple as: thank you. From all the Mesmer and GW2 community. You were and are an inspiration for what you did. I hope you don’t leave for good, GW2 will stick around a few more years so please come back once in a while, make some vidz. Otherwise, just make vidz on the next MMO you’ll play. I’m sure I’ll watch it. Before you go, leave us your scepter/sword build please?

Seven, I always enjoy your vids and builds. Your playstyle is what I’ve always felt to be how I want to play this game too.

I’ve been using your sword/torch and swordmans builds extensively and I really love them. I would say I’m effective in most cases except for when I find two kiting specs: p/p thief and shortbow ranger. Especially with the swordsman spec, it seems very difficult to bind them down and unload the dps.

What would you recommend against kiters? And, keep up the great work!

I agree with you. I always have a hard time when fighting guys who kite and/or are running away. For instance, fighting a runaway guardian is a pain.

Even though I use the swordsman build, I don’t have yet all the ascended trinkets but I also have a hard time when I try to run away. When I’m alone and I see a huge (really really) zerg, it seems like I’m always caught with no difficulty. Aren’t there any more sources for speed and swiftness buff? I mean, I think our mesmers should have more mobility other than the focus one. I also think that the stealth isn’t enough when trying to escape from a large group or when we want to kite and re-engage. We have veil, mass and also the torch but I don’t know. Perhaps I’m not doing it right but I wanted to ask Seven how he does it.

Also, what is exactly the “Karka Shell Earring” you talk about in the first page of this thread? I was trying to find it but I can’t. Isn’t it available anymore? I’m aiming now for the Triforge Pendant, it’s really hard!
