Whats the point of creating this condition? Just make it a daze…
I really thought Anet planned to have it be an awesome tanking skill where your pet lets you pull big groups of enemies together. Make the bear pet useful in PVE for once so that it can tank stuff while you spank stuff.
But nope, just a glorified daze.

Here’s a good top for new PvP players:
Please, for the love of god: If you are going far, and encounter an enemy there that you cannot 1v1 well against, STOP WASTING YOUR TIME.
Go help the teamfight, go guard home. Do something else. Your random mesmer class just isn’t gonna down that bunker necro or guardian or whatever else they have on the point. Stop smashing your head against a brick wall.
Going far is a bad idea 90% of the time anyway, since what happens 9 times out of 10 is that you’ll wind up 1v1’ing against whatever defender is there until a respawning enemy comes and helps them kill you. With you dead, they know there is nothing stopping them from leaving their home and going to crush mid together. So you went far, got nothing done, got killed, and added 2 fresh enemies to whatever fight is going on at mid/your home.
Capping far is for exceptionally good players. You aren’t one of them.
“Please show ranks at all times, so that when I wind up in a team with a few r20’s I can justify just going AFK for the match.”
It doesn’t matter what rank you get into tPVP. It’s just as bad as all the others. All the modes are the same. There are literally rank 50 players running around in tPVP who are doing stupid kitten like going to cap far or dueling off point. Or flat out ignoring the treb on Khylo like it isn’t there.
And that’s from a r25 double mace warrior ! that’s how bad r50s are !
Btw, going to cap far isn’t necessarily a bad idea.
That dual mace was a joke build I was trying for random fun.
I learned this game’s mechanics before I was a rank 10. So yeah, the rank 50’s are bad.
Going far has massive risks and incredibly small rewards. Its a bad idea.
Glad we could straighten all that out.

Just go solo arena in hopes that you won’t get the same idiot players over and over and over again.
Or get stomped on by a comp team who are playing at off-peak hours to pad their place on the leaderboard so they can kitten over how cool they are, even though comp sPVP is the worst example of how GW2 can be played.
Well, foefire is pretty much all about mid, but if anything, 3 people should be going mid, 1 person home, and 1 person should take the slightly longer route to mid, coming out near the stairs that lead to home depending on if the enemy team sent someone to cap far or not.
Thats the proper way to do things. Seriously. This is a game with THREE points. Proper math says that if you hold 2 of them, you win. Is there a way to force people to learn proper map navigation?
In conquest, there are 3 points you need to take and hold! But whats the best way to take these points? Simple!
1 of the points is known as “close” or “home” point! Thats the point thats closest to where you spawn!
The next point from that one is called “mid” This is the point that is the second furthest away!
The final point is called “far” and it is closest to the enemy base!
Which of these should you be going for the most? Thats right! Close and mid!
BECAUSE YOU kittenING SUCK AT THIS GAME, AND YOU AREN’T GOOD ENOUGH TO HOLD FAR UNLESS YOU HAVE A BUILD SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR DOING SO!
I am tired of seeing people make the incredibly long run to far only to get killed. When you go far, what happens 9/10 times is that you end up dueling with the defender there until another player shows up to kill you. Then, hand in hand, the 2 defenders run off to re-enforce mid and wipe the floor with the rest of your team while you respawn. Good job! Now the other team is holding their home and mid, and you are losing.
Stop going far. Stop it.
Just taking a look at your weapon and utility choice, you have a lot – and I really mean a lot – to improve.
Haha, thanks, but I was only trying out a kittenty build for dual maces…I did not like it. I have a lot of great builds that I rely on and use frequently. But sometimes I like to try and think outside the box.
