I was curious to know how long the que times were in general on reset night as well as weekends. Does SBI have an overnight crew (NA time overnight)? I am also curious as to the q times during other “prime time” hours! Thank you!!!!

I got an email as to whether I received good or bad customer service with my latest technical issue. Since I attempted to submit my review on this survey and it wouldn’t let me, I think I’ll leave it here, since I really think your company should review your “timely service support”.

There was no customer service, by the time your company responded, I was able to research and find the problem myself. Please don’t give yourself the credit of giving a customer support when you actually don’t offer support to any of your customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. If you’d like a prime example of exemplary customer service please contact Square Enix. There is a prime example of a company who values their customers. 24 hours to respond to your “customer” is a poor business practice that will only ensure that your company will not be around in 20 years to compete with other companies that provide MMORPGs.

As a side note, generic replies are not considered Good customer support as well. Each customer has individual problems or concerns. IF you took a moment to actually attempt to solve the issues in a reasonably timely manner you might have customers who are pleased with your company. Days and weeks aren’t timely.

IoJ Keep , Veloka, and Ogrewatch were assaulted and taken around the time of the above post. It was by no means an effcient use, but a fun one for some.

Worst thing Anet has done was putting golems on trading post, I miss seeing an omega and being like “kitten, 5g right there”…..

Maybe I just miss the hour long assaults with tactics and being constantly trebbed, cata’d and rammed.

I may be incorrect, but I believe an SBI mesmer just exploited into Anz in EB. Am I incorrect? We had it for 23 minutes, and we had it sieged up ready for you guys to attack. Suddenly there is a port next to the AC and you guys are inside it killing our ACs. Did we REALLY miss seeing a mesmer in a tower for 23 min? Especially since we had it seiged up, either that was a really good mesmer, or an exploiter.

Hard to believe but yes, you did miss seeing a mesmer in your tower for 23 mins.
Also, don’t go throwing around the exploit word when you simply didn’t know what was going on, it looks bad on everyone.
A mesmal port isn’t an exploit.
Sweep better next time.

She wasnt being rude, to start, so please be considerate when replying. We all simply make mistakes. Maybe the mesmer should take it as a compliment that they were just merely that good to be considered an exploiter.

To the guild of BAEST (funny spelling so I apologize)… You are the guild we hate to love and love to hate. I can’t tell you how many times, I’ve been run over… and over and over by you all but seriously…. I do enjoy watching you guys run forms and stack and just to see a group listen! It’s been enjoyable watching (from a tower)!!!

4 Hours ago you posted that you would update us as soon as you knew something…. In 4 hours have we learned something? Are you all having a WvW tourney for employess!!! XD

So I’m not really sure where this would go, so I’m putting it in this thread. I am concerned about the fact that there are hacks in WvW (we can’t stop this.) but more so in the fact that if we report them and they arent hacking just super good…. Even though some feats seem impossible, We will be banned. How are we to know what is hacking and what is not. I’ve seen enemies in our spawn, being one shotted by an elementalist, watching people using elite skills without cool downs multiple times, and other things. How are we supposed to report them if there is a possibility that you, ArenaNet may not find their hacks and ban us in the process? There is no way to stop everyone and they may have the ability to even hide it from the developers/moderators. If so, How many times is too many? How fair is it to threaten honest players who may report those who are just really really good? If we do report a hacker, under what title do we report them? Will it really make a difference? Or will we be banned because you “feel” the limit has been reached?
