I’m assuming the new update has happened, but I wouldn’t know. The game won’t even open now. I click on the icon I always use to open the game and nothing happens. I go to the file and click on the .exe file and nothing happens. No setting on my computer have been changed. What’s going on?

I cannot login since you loaded the patch. I can login to forums and change password but client will not login. I get error code 11:1001:2:1524 I have not been able to play for 2 days so far.

I have the same problem. I can access the forums and change my password. My account has not been hacked I just cannot login using the client since the patch. I’ve been unable to get in the game for 2 days. Took me hours to finally find the support ticket form, (you people hide it deeper and deeper every time I look for it.) I really don’t want to wait another 2-3 days before support finally reactives my account, because that has to be the problem, the account has been disabled for some unknown and unjustified reason. I bought this game and I want to play it!!!
And what the hell does error code: 11:1001:2:1524 mean?
Why even display it if there is no explanation what it is?

What exactly is the link to the support ticket form? I’m not talking about the support page kitten-around, I’m talking the actual support form. I been trying to find for hours. I have used it in the past but now it looks as though it’s either been removed or hidden.
Guess that’s one way to reduce the number of support tickets.

If I add -log it says the target is invalid. So that is not a fix. This is in Vista64 on AMD quad core with 6 gigs of ram, any other ideas why I keep getting connection error?
Everything worked perfectly until the shutdown for the patch any and all problems are originating on your end.

This latest patch is causing my graphics drivers to crash. I have gotten the BSOD 3 times since yesterdays update. Anyone else have this problem?
