Black lion : error invalid

Basically i cant get into the trading post, when i click on the vendor it opens with

ERROR : invalid

and i dont know why or what. help?

Any light armor sets at level 40?

tbf i cant even remember, ive not logged in for a couple of hours, just wondering if there was a set of some sort i could get at 40 more or less.

basically what the title says, im level 39 and have yet to see any…different looking armor? was just wondering if there is any sets or something at level 40.
