Hey,

I’m having issues with getting booted. This is the code it gives me:

Code 7:11:3:191:101

Does anyone know what this means, and what I can do to fix the problem? Sometimes I can play for a while without any problems, other times I get kicked every few minutes. This is seriously affecting my enjoyment of this amazing game!

“Please wait a couple minutes and try to log back in” (some random IP address looking numbers)

This is generally the message I receive when I’m getting booted from the server. I can’t play for more than a couple minutes before getting kicked. Could someone from support please help me out with this? Is there a more direct way to request assistance?

I also downloaded what looks like a diagnostic program I saw on the forums somewhere… hopefully someone can put this file to use.
