Gaile hate to bug you but is there any way someone from the payment support team could contact my bank i sent the info in an email. I was on the phone with my bank and they said if someone over there can call them then they will release the pending payment if not i have to wait until tuesday Dec 3 literally this what my bank said =[
I will be repurchasing the gems asap if all goes well thanks.

Nope still have not received the gems. I want to clarify that i was charged the 50$ but have not received any of the gems i went to purchase. I really appreciate the help also honestly =]

Just hope we can get our gems before the holidays cause if they have any sales in the shop i can’t partake in them along with many others.
Well i just talked to my bank and NCsoft is not releasing the money back too us until the 30th!!! that’s insane i’m beyond angry why can’t you guys just take the money and give the gems i wanted too buy or give the money back tommorow so i can purchase them this is crazy..if the transactions are pending why can’t you guys just take the money and give the gems. Now if there are any sales for the holidays or even black friday we get shafted. I’m sorry for ranting but this is INSANE. I’ve spent alot of money in this game but honestly this is really scaring me from ever buying gems again cause who wants to deal with there cash getting locked up like this.

Yes charge.ncsoft.com =p they took it right away lol but i’ve bought gems in the past and never had a problem i’ve always bought them in increments of 20 or 10 dollars this is the first time i’ve spent 50 bucks i figured hey it’s a holiday week gonna splurge lol and ya it’s just depressing to drop that much money on something and not get what you paid for. Honestly it’s bugging me to no end that’s why i came on here cause was curious if anyone else was having issues.

YA i use a gtx 580 and my fps just randomly dipped a few times lastnight like hardcore could barely move then a few seconds later it was normal
Also my if anyone uses AVG turn it off and launch it this is for anyone having that problem and the language trick didn’t work
Subject says it all i’m currently using 327.23 and the game is running great but my gpu keeps heating up too and sometimes over 80c while playing and i’m cranking my fan speed to 80% while playing just curious any input would be appreciated thanks.
I use a GTX 580 also have evga precision.
