I bought a Collectors Edition of GW2 and i got all the bonus but the skill Summon Mistfire Wolf… Can anyone help me with that?

It’s written in the wiki that…
“…The skill is automatically available to level 30 characters for owners of the Digital Deluxe or Collector’s Edition of Guild Wars 2…”

I post the thread here since i think the problem is in my account…
