Recruiting raiders for Wing 1-3 clears

Complete Circus [Apex] is an NA guild opening recruitment for Raids. We will be doing regular clears on all wings and push for progression when new raid wings come out.
We are currently recruiting for Group 1 and Group 2.
Group 1
In this group we are a bit more competitive and usually clear all 3 wings in 1 day. On Monday we go through all the wings, at the end of the week on Sunday we will clear up any bosses that are left over or we will do achievement runs or anything that is difficult or challenging. We do expect all players in Group 1 to be min maxed to the best of their ability.
Sunday-Monday 3:30 pm pst (1 hour and 30 minutes before daily reset)
We are currently looking for Druid/Chrono or strong DPS such as Condi ranger, Tempest, or Thief.
Group 2
Group 2 is a bit more relaxed and is there for people to have fun and kill bosses. We prefer that people exp on all bosses but do not require it for this group. We are recruiting all roles and classes.
Friday-Saturday 4pm pst (1 hour before daily reset)
We are recruiting experienced and quality players that have a good attitude. We are not interested in elitism or drama of any sort.

We are looking for dedicated players who have the time to consistently show up to raids on time and ready to go. We have 2-3 spots that need to be filled. We are interested in quality over quantity. I can assure that in a raid setting, if a player is consistently making the same mistake they will be removed and a replacement will be found. Hey everyone Guild Mag (MAG) is currently recruiting SERIOUS raiders looking to push competitive content.
We are currently working on Gorseval. Our First run ever as a guild we killed vale guardian within 1 hour and had a pug.
This guild will provide a solid community of players who have an interest in end game PvE content. Currently we are only focused on solidifying the roster for our 10 man Raid team. Expectations -We expect every applicant to have full ascended. -We expect applicants to have great knowledge of the class they will be playing. -Team Speak is required, and preferred that you are actively on TS with the guild. -It is preferred that applicants have first hand experience on the raids. If not, taking the time to watch kill videos and read up on starts is a must. Everyone will be expected to know the mechanics of every encounter in the raid. Preparation is a must. Hey everyone, we are currently looking to solidify our raid rosters. We are looking for serious players who are willing to dedicate 2-3 days a week and 4-5 hours a night to raiding and progression. We currently plan on Raiding this friday at 8 pm EST . We use TeamSpeak.
We DO NOT need any Guards, Druids, or Engineer’s.
We expect every applicant to have fully ascended armor on the class that they will be bringing into the raid.
We are NOT looking to teach anyone the fights. We are looking for players who have put forth the time and effort to make themselves as familiar as possible with the fights and strategies. Once again, we are looking for skilled and dedicated players to become a competitive raid team.
