Be careful. I’ve read threads of people complaining that their credit cards were charged large sums of money for cash shop purchases when their accounts were hacked. Evidently there is no way to remove saved credit card info. I hope your issue gets resolved friend. This game honestly isn’t good enough to make me brush off the wasted time in accumulating what I worked for. ANet customer support has been less than stellar. If they refuse to help then I refuse to play. Its a simple as that.

My account was recently hacked and suspended. I have been unable to play for some time now. I finally regained control of my account only to find that it has been raided. I emailed ANet support about this and received a response that states “we are technically unable to provide restorations reclaiming what was lost.” I’d like to know why exactly they are “technically unable”. My account still has the kitten mail recipients that my gold went to. This has been so infuriating. If severely disappointed at ANet for their lack of support. While losing me as a customer may not mean much, this feedback should not be taken lightly.

Hi,

I updated my client yesterday but was met with a message that said that my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual and that my account has been suspended. I checked my email and found two messages from ANet to authenticate my account. I proceeded to do so and checked the small box to remember/allow this IP. When I try to log-in via client, I’m met with the same message. I figured authentication just took a while to kick in but I STILL can’t log in. Why is that?
