+1 I know you should know who you are and all..but I occasionally do like seeing my own name for some reason too lol. Perhaps also the guild name below it. With just tags you end up remembering the tag instead of the guild name XD
Thanks for the info, are there a set of links that are useful to any GW2 player? Every MMO has those handful of links that a player should have bookmarked XD Please share if you will, thanks. The one that Karizee shared was pretty cool.
Hello I will be bringing along my self with a few friends to GW, but just need some input regarding which world to choose.
We’d prefer a fairly populated server, but not so populated that it causes login issues often. We will mainly play around evening PST time. We are interested in PVP/WvW and perhaps RP but not necessary.
Any input would be appreciated.
Looks like people are still missing the point. Guild wars is indeed a very nice game, the world is amazing the exploration by it self is also cool..
But after a month its BORING! I understand that Arena net wans to create a unique experience, so the players feel challenge in any place, either its a lvl 1 or lvl 80 area.
I believe I do see your point, but I don’t think you see some of the folk’s point regarding how they don’t WANT those things you want in a game. So I suppose, this game isn’t for you is pretty accurate. Maybe you didn’t understand exactly what this game was going to be when you started. Heck I don’t but I’m giving it a shot, most games in the beginning weed out certain players and attract others after a while, after folks understand ‘what kind of game it really is.’
There’s a whole lot of us out here. No one knows how many. Why? Because when you’re a raider there’s a very specific activity you do, and you KNOW you’re a raider. When you’re a PvPer there’s a very specific activity you’re into. But when you’re an immersion player, just enjoying the open world exploring and having fun, there’s no real name for that. So many people I’ve talked to share my play style, but there’s no word for it, because you’re not really doing any specific activity.
I believe that Guild Wars 2 is popular for players like me, because other MMOs don’t even take us into account most of the time.
Nice post. I think we can call them Gamers.
I’ve seen lotro implement que finder, but no one seems to use it
Not to revive a dead post, but I too would like this.
