All these post are old however I just had this problem with no solution yet. I completed the 100% exploration of all areas including the two new ones in La under attack. I have gained the title of been there done that and have the star showing it is done. I have gone into the chanty of secrets many times both walking and through portal and none of it has worked to give me my gifts of explorations.
I even took a screen shot as suggested.
Any suggestions?
