The Guild Wars 2 next expansion Path of Fire has just been announced. In honor of that I wanted to make some art, the game has episodic like content released for its story. It felt very fitting to make the upcoming release its own movie style poster.

Would you like to play a game?

After spending all my spare time in the last few months to build this game, it’s finally ready to be released to the world. I first thought of doing this over a year ago and finally started a few months back with what I knew would be a big task. The project grew into such a beast I wondered if I would ever get it done. Going from sketches of cards to creating over 200 playable cards and the game feels great.

My only wish is that people try the game and enjoy it as much as I did making it.

All feedback and suggestions are welcome, there may be updates as well and improvements and new cards in the future.

A friend of mine has been trying to complete “Ships of the Line” personal story mission for almost 3 years now. Its on of the mission in Orr, she tried many times over the last 3 years but always got blocked, gave up, tried again months later still bugged. Anway I tried about 4 months ago to go with her, it was bugged, tried again today after the big patch. still bugged.

The Bug: When on the ship, it only spawns cannons on the one side. We shoot the catapults and the giants, plug the holes below deck, but when the time comes we cant shoot the ships behind us because we only have 1 set of cannons facing the wrong way and we cant turn them.

Please help, I reported the bug today with a screenshot.

This is a concept of the possible future races in the game. I took a lot of inspiration from the current character selection menu and the games overall design. I didn’t create the characters themselves, they are from the wiki and google. But I created the scene itself, using a lot of brushes, masks and filters.

Thats a great time to release.

I do this as well, I think most people do and its not a bad thing. I think the way the content has been made right now (pre HoT) just gives you a chance to take a break, its nice because no sub, and come back when there’s stuff to do.
