…hm… maybe it was just lag… played some more, and didn’t have it happen this time around, or the patch today fixed it already?

After the new patch (Jan 26, 2016), in PvP, several times using the LB, with a targeted enemy, even really close to me, the arrows would just hit the dirt right in front of my feet… very annoying… hoping this will be fixed soon!
